Internal massage is a completely harmless medical procedure. That's how it should be treated.
You've probably heard of the G-spot, that elusive part of a woman's body that's stimulated to give women amazing orgasms. Now, sexologists tend to believe that there really is no G-spot and stimulating different parts of the clitoris gives the effects. But there is certainly something else - the male "G-spot" that guarantees simply fantastic sensations.
What is the male G-spot?
The male G-spot is what sexologists call the prostate, a small walnut-sized organ in the rectum that produces sperm and is surrounded by a large bundle of sensory nerve endings. This is a very sensitive erogenous zone, the stimulation of which can really cause an intense and prolonged orgasm that "gives" the whole body. Some experts even believe that prostate stimulation orgasms can be stronger and longer than regular penis stimulation orgasms.
How to find the male G-spot
There are two key areas that need to be stimulated to get to the prostate and find your G-spot.
Perineum between testicles and anus
A small area between the "root" of the testicles and the anus is a very sensitive place. By gently stimulating this area with your finger and gradually increasing the pressure, you can achieve strong and vivid sensations. It can also be very pleasurableStimulate the point with your tongue – if your partner agrees, of course.
The wall of the rectum
Because the prostate itself is located right in the rectum, the most powerful effects can come from direct stimulation. To back it up yourself:
- Get into a comfortable position. You may need to sit or lie down.
- Make sure your hands are clean and apply lube to your fingers and anus.
- Slowly insert your finger into the rectum - you may need to move slowly, usually the G-spot is about 4-5 centimeters away.
- Press on the wall of the rectum closest to the front of the body.
- Feel signs of pleasure or increased sensitivity.
- Move slowly and carefully, removing your finger from the anus.
Your partner can do the same. If you simultaneously stimulate the "outer" area of the prostate, in the gap between the anus and testicles, with your other hand or tongue, the sensations become even sharper.
